Structure & Technical Characteristic

Chassis & Engine

Adopt lengthened 55Tcrawler retractable chassis institution, the working crawler length is 6000mm, width is 4450mm; the complete machine with good stability, high strength, good reliability; the inside reducer and big torque driving motor, large climbing ability, high reliability; the clearance from chassis to ground is 360mm, grounding pressure is only 0.064MPa, high through ability. Also can climbing automatically when change the area, save cost for user.

Power source use Dongfeng Cummins 6CTA8.3-C260 engineering machinery special engine. Turbo charging upgrade the engine performance and power. The rated power is 194KW, power flow strong, economic and environmentally protective.

Main Winch

The main winch adopted free down winch imported from Germany original, which can realize the pounder don’t decoupled down during work and saved hook time and operator, one people and one machine can do the dynamic compaction job, which make high working efficiency, small labor intensity, low labor cost. The single winch rope pulling is 13 tons, the fastest rope speed is 130m/min.

Hydraulic System

Hydraulic control system adopts armrest box pilot handle control with operational easily.

Electrical system

The electric control system using CAN-Bus technology, which can achieve engine data monitoring,virtual instrument shows,fault detection and diagnosis,automatic alarm,settlement monitoring of ram and so on. In additional, also equipped with winch monitor,block for the lifting arm tip-over, and block for over winch to ensure the safety and reliability of the equipment.

 Driving cab

Suspension shock absorber driving cab with wide field of vision,attractive appearance and protective screening. The cab is with humanity design,suspension seat,radio,air conditioner and comfortable operation.
